  • Trauma Coaching

    Get supported from a certified trauma and resilience coach. You will learn tools for regulation but more importantly grow in connection with yourself with a compassion witness to guide you. We have partnered with, Melissa Lake of Wholeheartedly Connected, a certified trauma coaching service, who will be your guide and support. If you’re ready to explore healing the pain you carry, you don't have to do it alone.

Developmental Tools

  • There are no negative emotions, contrary to what we may have been taught. Emotion provides us information to help us understand what we are experiencing. Dr. Dan Siegel shared that if we can name it (our emotions) we can tame them (regulate). Using an emotion wheel is a good way to begin developing high emotional intelligence.

  • Being invested in something that is ending, it’s healthy to work through grief of that loss to fully be ready for whatever is next. Not doing so can show up in many subtle, and mostly damaging, ways. We need to metabolize the experience.

    To metabolize it, we have to do what our body does with food: keep what is usable to us, and eliminate what is not. if we don’t do that, we may repeat the mistakes and not benefit from what we could have learned.
